Unsatisfactory service

What a **** of an insurance. If you need a piece of mind, never associate yourself with these ones, my car is under warranty,sent to the repairer on Monday the 6th of October 2025, it's still stuck there. The insurer doesn't reply to their emails, no update,no feedback. I really played with my money here. The complaints department doesn't even acknowledge receiving a complaint,lol.
