Unprofessional to the core

As a third party I have been since 23 April 2019 been trying to obtain claim forms for an accident my vehicle was involved in with a Bidvest vehicle with registration DH12GGGP, I have dealt with Edmund Wills who referred me to Simhwesihle Mhlope who has requested a claim number from me an external party, no response was forthcoming, Mr Wills then referred this to Vimla Kandhailal but no response has been forth coming from this company. I am merely trying to lodge a claim against your insurance as a third party nothing else but I am really happy I am not a client of this unprofessional company.
