Unprofessional and inconsiderate

After Making a claim at 9:00 this morning they send me forms to sign and a list of pictures to take not having a printer I had to drive to get the claim form printed to mention not to mention having to drive around getting two quotations after taking all pictures and sending all documents half the day later I'm waiting for a response after an hour I got irritated and phoned them only to find out they hadn't even realised I sent the emails yet then after he checks the emails they transfer me to the claims assessor to approve only for him to tell me sorry you wasted your time and we can't help you even though we had you running around the whole day because apparently I haven't reached my waiting period Which I completely forgot about but surely the first thing to check as an insurance company is can this guy play now or not not after I've spent the day getting all necessary documents it's pathetic and then they still can't help me
