Unhappy Bidvest Client
I have lodged a claim on thursday for my tyre upon doing the claim, my claim was rejected, and they even went as far as requesting videos and reports, which is not what is stated when you do the claim, today when i make follow up, im being told my claim is rejected because the tyre is damaged due to alignment as per report from Tyremart. My claim is ***. Take note that this is not the first claim to be rejected. I feel that they have treated me unfairly.

The cause of failure to your tyre was a wheel alignment issue. Wheel alignment must be carried out routinely to ensure your tyres are wearing evenly and does not result in premature failure.
The policy does not cover where the failure of the tyre was cause by a wheel alignment issue.

The cause of failure to your tyre was a wheel alignment issue. Wheel alignment must be carried out routinely to ensure your tyres are wearing evenly and does not result in premature failure.
