Unhappy

I feel very angry and dissapointed, i left my car at VW on tuesday 20th feb 2024, VW send out a quote of the fault on the miss fire of ky car, no response from bidvest, still waiting on a call to tell me when my car will be done ad fixed, i only have this one car that i am depending on, and i dont struggle to pay my policy account but now i should wait and no response, thats not how a client should be treated
