Unfair treatment from Bidvest Mechanical warranty insurance

I made a claim for warranty(engine) 2023 august even today 29/02/2024 is not paid they always talk stories and they do not even call I have to call all the time.

I would not advice anyone to join anymore and I gave them a lot of customers I will withdraw them back and we going to look for another one
