Tyron assist in the cancelation of an insurance. The cancelation was due to the car being written off.
Calling bidwest was a little frustrating sitting on a call and no one answering, calls kept reverting back to help desk or is it switchboard
The service was however excellent. A special mention to Tyron for helping me. He represented the company very well.
