Tyres claim

What a poor service that I got from one of the big insurance in south Africa bidvest it was a only less than 3 months after I purchased one of dream car I went to a pothole The lost balance it was late I had drive car until I get home. When I wake I saw the other tyre is complete finished I took a spare tyre the other one in that was better at back. I MADE A CLAIM AT BIDVEST ON THE 07 JULY 2025 submitted everything the wanted now after two the want me to start a claim from the beginning so frustrating disappointed about their service everyday I speak with a different person demanding the information that I submitted
