Tyre insurance not what it seems.
I took out tyre insurance and when I logged a tyre claim, I submitted all paperwork with photos. I was then advised by Bidvest that I must talk to the construction company who is busy with road upgrades. Whilst they are working on the road, it was not directly their hazard that caused my damages but rather just gravel on the road. Secondly, it should be Bidvest that must talk to them after Bidvest have honored the policy and repaired my two tyres as it is an all road hazard policy.
This is unacceptable.
