Tyre insurance

Good day On Friday and Saturday I went to tyremart workshop in Port Elizabeth for car wheel alignment and balancing but I was not assisted due to Bidvest is no longer partnering or working with tyremart... I mean I pay every month for my tyre insurance but every time when my claims get rejected. I am not happy at all. Currently my car is not balanced and is not aligned.. I once claimed for my car rim including and my tyre last year November but still was not assisted .. guys kindly refund all my debit order because I haven't claimed and not assisted. Please cancel my insurance and refund all my money please. Policy no :B***
