I am more disappointed that ever. I have being paying tyre insurance with Bidvest insurance since March 2021 and today was my first claim but taken told where I should have taken my tyre, Firstly their form do not have specific dealers name to use but state that dealer has to be registered now they won't pay because I went wherever. I even cancelled my policy what's the use. It is only beneficial for them to debit monthly but cannot honor their services.
