Siduduzo Mngomezulu was very swift and helpful and ensured my claim was resolved promptly.

Prior to that the service has been bad and your agents keep lagging and don’t really offer the full information off the bat. It’s almost 3 months later that I’ve had challenges with the claim and I don’t think your initiative to digitise your processes is streamlined accordingly. Way better can be done.

Again a bit thank you to Siduduzo Mngomezulu who resolved me issue in a matter of minutes. If she can do that… surely it’s possible and should continue. She deserves a promotion too.
