The agent Micael Naicker's service was great however, the outcome of the assessment of the tyre by the assessor leaves much to be desired. The assessor deliberately downgraded the outcome measured by the tyre gauge from 6mm to 5mm to reduce the portion of settlement by the insurer from a possible 90% to 70% pro rata. And the settlement amount of R1400 reached is not the 70% of R2400 which is the cost of the tyre
