Tyre claim

Not happy with the way i was treated by bidvest. I claim for a tyre on the 4th of September a guy called Tabani Kwela was assisting he me advise me to visit tygerwheel Durbanville for the quote which i did. One of the staff members at Durbanville tygerwheel assisted me took the photos and tyre thread she then advice me that she will call me after Bidvest have paid. So thatbi can get a new tyre since then nothing has been done i had to do the follow up my sell calling bidvest Tabani kwela answered the call and he told me tha i should go back again to Durbanville so that she can retake the picture of tyre thread i asked why since that lady took all tye pictures ans it was forwarded to them. And why i did not receive any email or calls regarding that issue . He then when and say your email address was captured wrong. I asked him why didn't you guys call me you have my phone number its now more than a week and you telling you not going to pay for the tyre i have to go back to tygerwheel i am working i can only be off on Tuesday next week he then say they is nothing he can do to help. I pay my insurance every month. If they had told me form the beginning that they take for ever to pay for a claim i could have opted for a better insurance company the service sucks so it i was traving ans this had happened at the middle of nowhere i was going to be stuck for a week. That lady at Durbanville tygerwheel told me that she did took all the required pictures and forward to them but up to now no help from Bidvest and they seem not to care at all.
