Tyre Claim

I recently submitted a claim through the bidvest call center. My claim was successful in accordance with the stipulations contained within the policy. Remon Maharaj assisted me and understood the escalation necessary. Whilst I cannot fault the Bidvest staff on their service , I would like to highlight an opportunity for Bidvest on a product offering. My vehicle does not accommodate a spare wheel nor is fitted with run flats due to the nature of the car. In the event of a tyre fault, the car has to be towed. In the event that this happens outside of business trading hours it would then result in the vehicle being towed to ones house and only resolved during business hours. This resulted in a 5 day turn around which I believe Bidvest has the abilities to improve or alternatively provide a premium product which can accommodate towing as well as guaranteed turn around times. All in all, this is a good product and would recommend to the public.
