TYRE ANGEL IS TYRE DEVIL
10 On 10 December 2021, I logged a claim with Bidvest and supp**** all necessary information. on 05 December, I had bumped into numerous potholes on my way to Joburg which resulted in me being towed by a towing truck after I lost 2 front tyres. I managed to buy a new one from the Towing truck services this was about 10 pm and replaced one using a spare wheel. I have provided Tyremart tyre quote and an invoice from the guys where I bought another tyre. Bidvest insists on a tyre tread reading of tyre that i don't have access to?? that has already been replaced 245km away from where I am. THEY HAVEN'T APPROVED THE CLAIM!!! CANCELING THIS ****
