Tyre Angel claim from Hell

I have a Tyre angel insurance with bidvest and recently had to claim for a puncture on the sidewall.. The Tyre shop advised a need a new Tyre and fitted a plug (temp hold) so I can get home. After registering the claim and going to a Tyre mart that's not even close to my house I uploaded all pics and documents as requested but they kept sending messages saying the pic is not correct.. Eventually the claim was sent for assessment now I received another email saying the Tyre gaurge is measured in Inches not millimeters and I should go and look for a Tyre gaurge measure that uses millimeters??? What type of service is this? Can you not convert inches to millimeters? This is easily available even on Google.. After expressing my dissatisfaction the conaultant rep**** with just saying that I just need to do it to get my claim assessed.. It's been a few days already and I also work.. U are inconviniening me a lot.. No more
