Tyre Angel claim

I have submitted a claim for tyre on the 13th of June and the claim was approved on 20th June for payment. Today the 13th of July no payment was made and they keep telling me the file is at payment department… the worst insurance company ever… if there was a zero star I would have chosen that.. Sinenhlanhla Goba your service sucks and please stop making promises you cannot keep
