Tyre Angel

2 years ago I took the tyre angel policy with bidvest to cover myself in an unfortunate event on the road should my tyres and rims get damaged, last year I logged a claim went to tyremart Braamfontein did all the inspections and everything waited for feedback for a couple of days no response ended up replacing the tyre myself with my own money unhappy as I am I decided to give them the benefit of a doubt and continue with the policy.

Currently I hit a pothole and my tyres have bubbles, reading the reviews on here I see a whole lot of people struggle with the same issue regarding bubbles caused by potholes. I took the policy after seeing an ad that they cover bubbles but the contract has wording that they do not cover bubbles and bulges.

What constitutes a pothole damage ? These bubbles are irreparable damage caused by potholes, I can foresee the run around I’m gonna go through I now regret taking this policy, they’ve successfully debited me for more than 2 years and I’ve never had a claim for anything. Worried that the cover that’s supposed to help me is just useless to me in my time of need.
