Total ******* and no service

I changed my policy from Innovation to Bidvest in April and didn’t receive anything from them. When signing up for the policy I was told it will cover R20000 per claim/item claimed. After months, I requested multiple times for my policy document which I recently received. I was shocked to say the least, the amounts payable is R10000. I spoke to Celina this morning and she confirmed my cover to be R20000 and will get admin to resend the policy document with the correct details and to my surprise, the amounts now are even lower, R5000 a d R1000. I have been paying religiously never claimed yet. I am totally disgusted. Bidvest you very quick to take our money but making changes to the policy without notifying me. Pathetic service!!!!
