Too much red tape.

Stay away from this Tire Angel policy. Im starting to think its just a ****. I hit a pothole with my car and tried claiming on this. Ive been a client of theirs for a few years on my previous car and 2 months or so on this new car. There is no way to claim for a tire. I was told to now buy my own tire and then claim the amount. Why did i take the insurance then? Imagine if this happened to me wilst travelling? This smells like a ****. After this experience ive been looking at other reviews. Horror stories. Its best to check it out before even thinking of taking this policy. It seems like the normal guy in the street must have thread depth meters and everything to take pics and email it to them before they can process a claim. Imagine ur standing on the side of the road then u must get quotes from 2 tire shops. How do i do that? They make it so nice when theyre busy selling u the policy but they know that they will just be taking ur money. I dont think they settle claims. Oh the claims process is easy sir. U just go to a tire shop and everything will be handled for u. Ha ha ha ha. What a joke!
