Tire Guard Claim

With regard to the above car and Identity number, I had a puncture yesterday when I was in Venda and by the time of an accident the car was on less than 40 000km (around 39ks or more ). I could not record the kilometers because of frustration. from venda to JHB its plus or minus ****m. now I am claiming for the tire which was damaged and they are telling me that they will only pay 40% since the car is above 40 000kms now. Please tell me it is stated on the policy that once you are involved in accident you must carry your car to the tire repair so that it wont have additional millage.<br> <br> <br> <br> If that's the case they should give me that 40% I will go and buy cheaper tire since I can not afford what they want me to pay. <br> <br> <br> <br> Please refer me to the section on the policy which state what they are saying. the car is only 300km above 40 000km and they are coming with stories.
