THIS IS ONE INSURANCE NOT TO DEAL WITH

Firstly I have never claimed as I never had any issue but when I did and the service was so poor that I was stuck on the roadside and all that was promised was all lies and my life was in danger my INSURANCE WITH BIDVEST WAS HORRIBLE to say the least ..........I then asked them to refund me and cancel my insurance they send me a mail to say I can cancel but not get any refund what is this ........ so I had to pay for bad service and never claim and get told this ? really ????????????? don't ever sign up with these people IUA worst people to deal with...... policy number : B ********** 944
