Third Party claim declined

A claim was submitted by MCcarthy Toyota as one of their drivers drove into me. They submitted there claim to their insurance to deal with me. If I am correct they would not have done so if they new they were in the wrong.

The insurance company Bidvest Insurance has declined the third party claim as they are saying it was our fault Told them the police report is incorrect and submitted further details but they declined it.

We presented the facts and even a witness account.

I will not stop here, appraoch the short term Ombud but their office does not have a mandate for Third Party claims.

Even if I have to go to the media with the matter and state my case I will .

We are being bul**** by MCcarthy Toyota and their Insurer. The driver of the company vehicle confessed as well

I require the claim to be urgently looked at again and to be settled as per quotations submitted.
