THEIR SERVICE IS NOT GREAT ATALL - THEY MUST STOP MISLEADING THEIR CUSTOMERS AND START ADDING VALUE TO THEIR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS THEY ARE OFFERING THEIR CLIENTS.

Hi everyone , I am utterly disgusted with the service received from Bidvest insurance.I took out my mechanical warranty in April 2023 , I was assisted by a bidvest consultant , that done my application online. My cover I took was R20.000 cover - so I was told by the consultant that assisted me.I tool my vehicle in to an accredited RMI APPROVED service centre in Port Elizabeth. My car has been there now for the 3 day , with no assistance from Bidvest.Secondly when the repair centre eventually got hold of Bidvest. I was told that they can only cover me up to R1000 , whereby I was told by bidvest consultant that assisted me , that I am taking a warranty out for a cover of R20.000.Bidvest has now cost me money , as i have been without my vehicle for 3 days now , as I use my vehicle as my tool for work purposes , to find out they can not assist me with my cover.Their consultant at BIDVEST mislead me , as a client , promising me the world to get me to sign up and when I needed bidvest to assist me with a cover , they refused to assist me.Their service is very bad guys , I expected way more from them. as I thought they are one of the best companies around in south africa , that will have my back if something had to occur with my vehicle - clearly not.PS - GUYS - PLEASE TAKE NOTE - BIDVEST HAS GIVEN ME THE MOST **** SERVICE YOU COULD THINK OFF - THEIR SERVICE IS NOT WHAT THEY SAY IT IS AS NOW I AM IN AN VERY UNCOMFORTABLE POSITION WITH REGARDS TO MY VEHICLE.

I am now without a vehicle going for day 4 , your staff is very unprofessional and unhelpful with their clients.I am hoping that you guys will do damage control regarding this matter on hand as I intend to make my service received from Bidvest known via all social media platforms. It is a disgrace to know , that such a high established company called Bidvest treats their customers so wrongly.I am looking forward to your response and solution as now you guys have cost me money in being without my vehicle as it has been at the service centre for 3 days now going to day 4 , with no approved claim and no work done to my vehicle repairing.

Regards
Bjorn

Dear Bjorn,

Thank you for taking our call earlier today. As discussed, Bidvest Insurance was not at fault and it was your repairer which caused the delay in providing the information required to assess your claim. We trust that this restores your trust in our service and we will provide you with a formal outcome regarding your complaint and the balance of your concerns after we have investigated.

Warm regards,
The Bidvest Insurance Team

Hi good day , you have your wording wrong - yes we spoke via the telephone ☎️ in trying to sought and resolve this matter out on hand.In the first place I need to correct you - BIDVEST - The delay never came from the repairer , in actual fact the repairer made contact with Bidvest on Monday - when my vehicle was booked in at their repair centre in Port Elizabeth newtonpark - which is a 5 start RMI APPROVED SERVICE CENTRE , whereby they were told - I only have cover of R1000 - which is incorrect firstly , secondly we would not be in this situation in the first place , if your consultant that assisted me with my joining application , when I joined this membership have not mislead me as a client. His words was Sir , you are taking out a double cover and you will be covered for an amount of R20.000 - to find out when putting in a claim , you have told the repairer I am only covered for R1000.00 which is also incorrect as I have taken a double cover out. That is where the delay came in.So please do not point fingers at the repairer , as they have only been helpful towards me as their client.Thumbsup to DN SERVICE CENTRE IN 25 KING EDWARD STREET NEWTONPARK PORT ELIZABETH - FOR GREAT SERVICE THUS*****he Bidvest consultants must stop misleading the people , when signing up with your company Bidvest.I am awaiting your response with a solution , as currently there is no trust between me as your client , up until you come up with a solution ,to rectify all of this.I look forward to your solution and reply/response.

Regards
