Terribly bad service from Bidvest Insurance

I give one star only because I cannot give 0 stars. For more than two months after I submitted a claim, nothing happened. Three weeks ago I lodged a complaint and was called back only one week later, with all the sweet talk of how they are sorry and appreciate me as customer and a lot of promises. Guess what, since then nothing is happened. Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. All promises and no delivery. Beware of Bidvest Insurance!
