Terrible Service
I have been trying to get help with regards to my tyres that were damaged by a pothole from Bidvest Tyre Insurance since 04.02.2022. To date, my claim has not been attended to. No status updates like they used to do under the previous brokers. Now they don't even respond. I cannot use my car for 2 weeks now since 2 tyres and it doesn't have a spare wheel. This insurance is not helping at all not even communicating with me about the status of my claim. I'm so annoyed right now. There no value for money or customer care from this new broker.
