Terrible Service
I have submitted my claim, everything they requested but still my claim has not been resolved. I got a call from one of the consultants promising to sort my claim same day but when I called him this morning he couldn't find my email sent to them. I still have no car because of this people. This insurance is frustrating, no peace of mind at all. It's been 2 weeks already without any progress.
