Terrible service!

20October2024 emailed Bidvest to log a new scratch and dent claim. Today is 27October. Still no feedback. Between these dates have emailed 3 times to follow up. Even complaints. Still nothing. Bidvest if you get this. Please close my account. Not the first of second time this issue has been experienced. Appalling service! Also, I know this is extremely difficult to understand... Bidvest, please email comms as Im at work in the day and cannot take your call to repeat everything I already stated in the email!
