Terrible selection of assessors - 2 weeks - no car, and no hope of getting a courtesy car or getting my car fixed

Currently having the worst experience with Bidvest and Complete Short Term Insurance brokers. I was in a car accident 2 weeks ago. Until today, I am being told by the brokers that they are busy with the reports for assessing the car. I have to drive to Johannesburg at the end of the month, and will end up having to leave my car in Cape Town and still incur cost of coming back to fetch the car at a later stage. I am still without a courtesy car until now. Now the broker doesnt even answer their phone. Shockingly disgusting!
