Terrible experience while claiming for tyres

We have a tyre and rim insurance with Bidvest, and logged a claim with Bidvest/IUA on Tuesday after hitting a pothole.

Countless calls and back and forth emails requesting: - pictures that have already been sent -side by side picture of both damaged tyres (even after explaining that we cannot remove the tyres ourselves to take a picture, as one email from them clearly states that we should not do so)

We must have spoken to at least 5 different Claims Administrators, as the requests to speak to the initial administrator is ignored when calling, with each administrator giving different and opposing directives.

They will use any excuse to delay processing of claims.
