Terrible experience claiming from bidvest for a tyre

Very bad experience take extremely long to process a claim, they do not communicate I have to constantly call them to get an update it feels like I'm a burden to the consultants I'm calling they don't take the initiative to help the client I ask them everytime is everything is in order and they agree only to find out the next time that this is missing or that is missing very unprofessional, and what makes it even worse is that they contract dealerships to assist and the F&I makes a mistake on the policy which is they fault but they make it seem as if you have done something wrong, it's like they want to make your life more difficult when you are already having a difficult time I would recommend that no one have anything to do with them as they only care about themselves and not the client
