Terrible and pathetic customer service that's just a waste of time and money

I am extremely upset and frustrated with Bidvest Insurance. A month ago a car rented from Bidvest Car Rental crashed into me. For one month I have been trying to lodge a claim with Bidvest Insurance with whom the car is insured but I have been constantly faced with rude and unhelpful people who keep trying to transfer me to another department. Every time the call gets "transferred" it is cut off and I have to restart the process. I've been told that I need to speak to a person named Nolan Govender in the car rental department but trying to get to him has been fruitless and frustrating.
