Stuck in another province with no assistance at all from Bidvest

<p>I have a Bidvest mechanical warranty with their IAU group. Our car got stuck because of engine problems in Queenstown and we are from Cape Town. We have taken our car to RMI approved dealers but they are only able to assist us from R40 000 or more and we are only covered for R10 000 for the engine. Now the only thing that we looking for since we are straded is for our car to be towed to Cape Town and we can find our way back and much cheaper garages that can fix our car. We have been put through to different lines for towing services but the line either gets cut or the line goes completely silent which is really inconviencing since we are stuck so far away from home. I thought having a warranty provides peace of mind but not with the one we have with you guys. This is really frustrating.</p>
