Still waiting for 4 months for my car

I have just contacted the dealer. The engineering for the engine is completed. I have paid the other outstanding amount and now the dealer has told me you said you will pay only when the other jobs are done. I don't understand why that is so, as I needed the engineering done only, the rest I will do at a later time because of money. Now my car has been stuck at the dealership since April because of different excuses I have been getting from Bidvest. I really need my car seriously now and this kind of service is the worst I have experienced in my life and I am starting to regret taking the policy. First the policy covers R10k, but you told me you will cover R2.5K to which makes no sense to me. Now i need that R2.5k and now I am getting excuses. I am very disappointed at Bidvest. They don't even call or update you, they don't even bother. I have countless emails i have sent but they just don't help.
