STAY AWAY FROM BIDVEST IF YOU VALUE YOUR PEACE

I have never had to deal with such incompetence ever. I got flat tyre due to a pothole called the insurance I was sent through a form that tiger wheel and tyre needs to fill with supporting pictures. The form shows you all the pictures they need angels etc. Upon arrival at tiger and wheel and tyre I am advised my runflats are in no position for me to continue driving. So I call Bidvest and I'm advised I can pay for the tyre's and claim a refund. 7 days in I am.still asked for pictures of tyre's. And they want the tyre's closer angle with the rims on HOW THE HELL DO U EXPECT ME TO DO THIS??? I HAVE CHANGES THE DAMN TYRES REMEMBER. It's all fun and games when you debit it's an issue when you must pay.
