Spam calls met with bad phone etiquette

I keep getting spam calls, this I can live with, my issue is when I finally get a gap to answer I get greeted with either silence, or people having conversations with colleague's or talking about there stats and how many they've done and then dropping the call, this just happened now.

Earlier today I answered I spoke to a lady and advised her I'm already covered and am loyal to my broker and she just rep**** with a sound "mmm hmmm" and dropped the call, this is not on.
