Smooth process but expensive supplier
The lady Siduduzo assisted me very nicely with registering the claim and sending me the documents I needed to complete. My claim was swiftly processed with 48 hours. My only issue with them is that they opted for the expensive quote whilst I provided them with a quote that was within range with my policy. I had to pay extra 2.5K because of this of them opting for the expensive quote because they preferred the supplier.

12 Dec 2023, 23:14Just to confirm they did contact me to 😁. It would be great to explain to the customer when they take the policy that the remaining thread of the tyre is what is used to calculate the amount the client will be covered for.
