Slow as a snail in processing a simple tyre claim. 3 days later and I'm still waiting meanwhile my car is parked waiting for a tyre replacement. The call centre agents seem to only be available to take calls whenever they feel like it, as you will spend minutes on end waiting for your call to be answered and attended to.

Too bad this insurance has already been paid for when I took delivery of my car otherwise I would have long ago cancelled. Steer far away.
