Shortfall Claim

I had a shortfall cover with Bidvest Brookers for my car which was ****** and after the insurance paid i lodged a claim with Bidvest which they referred me to IUA which handled my claim and paid a portion of the shortfall. When i query i'm told was covered for that only which i don't understand cause the reason i joined them was to protect me by settling the outstanding amount.<br> <br> After calling to find clarification now the assessor told me to send an email to their complains department but the email is not even going through. Now i am expected to pay the outstanding R 12 000.00 which i sat for 3 months knowing it will be settled.<br> <br> I trusted Bidvest the brand when i joined not IUA.
