Shocking claims experience.
i have just exprienced the most appalling service from Bidvest insurance (tyre insurance) after calling them numerous times and there agents giving me different information on what to provide for my claim to be processed i finally just decided to cancel my policy. to those that would be considering to take out tyre insurance with Bidvest DONT! very, very bad service and they do everything to frustrate you and not pay claims.
