Scratch & dent picied = **** DO Not be fooled.

Please DO Not yake policies with Bidvest. I've been paying scratch & dent policy for years & still have not successfully had one claim approved. Every panel beater I approached will not touch my vehicle when they hear its for Scratch n dent. This Company is quick to sell you a policy that is Over promise & UNDER Deliver. Quick to deduct premiums but does not live up to actually having your vehicle repaired. I have requested my premiums back as no one in George wants to quote & fix my scratched. So Bidvest solution is to send McCarthy who is 6 hours away from George to repair my scratches at home. I will not have a mobile company that has no spray booth fix my car. It will make more economical sence to refund my premiums then send out a company vehicle to drive 6 hours to George to fix scratches. I would like a Full Refund on my Premiums and you can deduct a admin fee. This has caused me so much anxiety and stress as you have to fight to get a simple few scratches out your vehicle. Trust me this is Not worth it! Let's see if the company has any honesty left & pays back my claims.
