scratch and dent insurance by bidvest : empty promises - bad service - never again.
Very bad service and staff is completely unorganized. signed a scratch and dent insurance. with my first claim i received a sms claim has been authorized - and later email saying has been declined. the hotline was completely useless - no one was interested to solve that problem. so as all the other reviews..... please stay away from that company.
