Scratch and Dent *****
Scratch and dent claim ****, took it out 2 years ago. Claim for the first time for a scratch on my car. Claim is over R2500 and they say it’s a major claim they cancelling the claim. The sales person told me at claim stage they will pay out the R2500 now it is pure bull**** from the claims department. They are clever. They force you to their service provider to assess and he quote a ridiculous amount.
