Scratch and Dent claims from Bidvest Insurance

I am deeply disappointed with the service my spouse and I have received from Bidvest Insurance regarding our scratch-and-dent claim. Not only was our claim denied without a satisfactory explanation, but the overall response time to my queries was unacceptably slow. Since 28 October 2024 till to date, working towards claiming with Bidvest Insurance.

As a paying customer, I expected clear communication, efficient processing, and reasonable support throughout the claims process. Instead, I was left frustrated by long delays and vague responses, which failed to address my concerns effectively.

This experience has severely undermined my trust in Bidvest Insurance. A company that prides itself on customer service should prioritize timely and transparent communication, especially when handling claims. I hope that Bidvest takes these issues seriously and improves its processes to better serve its clients in the future.

Until then, I cannot recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable insurance coverage
