Rude enployees calling potential clients

Well yesterday i had a call from a very rude lady wanting to sell me a car maintance plan. I told her to call me today and she put the phone down. Today she ph9ned back went through the oprions with me(het words a quotation) ramble everything off and when i asked questions and told het i am not intereated i can get better benefits somewhere wlse she just dumped the call AGAIN.... no thank you or bye ... how do you expect to get clients if you heve people like that working with the "clients"

All i can say to this company is GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
