Good day I have bin subscribed to the Bidvest insurance since 2019 February and i even paid for my insurance upfront The insurance is for Tyre,dents and Keys I fell into a ditch 16/07/2020 and my tyre and rim got damaged and for the first time i had to put up a claim After going up and down doing all that I submitted a claim and was shocked that the price for the tyre is R 3534.00 Bidvest is offering to pay R 1189.00 And am meant to pay R 2345.00 I consider this as a total rip-off for 2yrs of paying for an insurance Even some car tyre company i spoke with told me Bidvest insurance will always not pay when it comes to payment Am claiming for just one tyre What will happen wen am claiming for 4 tyres The amount have paid saved in an account would by now buy me tyres without coughing Am shocked at this attitude I sent a complaint immediately and up till now No one has justified a client with a response Its like Take it or get out
