My Rim has been damaged due to a pothole it is buckled on the inside causing a vibration on the steering rack. Due to the rim been buckled the tyre has now got a bubble. Which is irreparable. Now i am told i cant claim for tyre cause the policy doesn't cover bubbles. N the rim can't be claimed for cause the tire was not damaged with a burst or tear by impact. And to top it all off i sent a email asking how do i claim and state the problem in subject. Rim buckled and bubble on tyre. The person who called me back did not tell me i cant claim in my case. And mind you i explained to him again on the phone. He sends the forms and makes me drive the whole of Bloemfontein getting quotes. This policy is a total waste of money n peoples time.
