Rim and Scratch claim

i submitted a claim to get my Rims and scratches to be fixed. Had to fill in forms and send pictures to prove the damaged. A month later i called to check progress and i was told i cancelled. i never called my claim and i should fill the form again. Meanwhile i got sms to say my claim has been registered, by far the worst insurance company i had to deal with. their consultants are very useless by the way.
