Refusing to accept my claim pictures
I've submitted my pictures to your email addresses 5 or 6 times. I honestly have no control over your agents not being able to download the MULTIPLE PICTURES THAT ARE REQUIRED BY BIDVEST FOR EVERY CLAIM. It's an internal IT issues and not a customer issue. Clearly it's an attempt to not grant my claim. Very disappointing considering I've never made a claim in 6 years!
